SHASHI BALA

Ms. Shashi Bala is a founding partner of the firm, bringing with her 13 years of extensive experience in corporate litigation, fund raising, securitization, debenture, privacy law, and NBFC compliance. She holds a law degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and is a Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Ms. Bala exhibits comprehensive expertise in a broad spectrum of litigation and advisory services encompassing business law, IT law, cyber law, privacy law, consumer law, property matters, civil matters, and company law matters.

Her proficiency extends to negotiation, drafting, and vetting various national and international contracts and agreements related to fundraising, securitization, the cosmetic & perfume industry, e-commerce & trading, fintech & NBFCs and IT/ITES sector. She has formulated comprehensive compliance and litigation management policies for NBFCs and corporates for effective and efficient corporate governance.

AMIT KALRA

Mr. Amit, is a Chartered Accountant, having industry experience of around 15 years. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He also holds the qualification of Law Graduate and Company Secretary.

He has been involved in vast range of professional assignments including Statutory audits of Indian Corporate, Multinational companies, Audits of NGOs, Due diligence, Secretarial Audits, Stock audits, Tax audits, Transfer Pricing, Expatriate Taxes, Internal Audits, Setting up of Internal Controls in companies, Setting up the accounting and finance systems in organisation and related training, Budgeting and Variance Analysis, MIS Reporting, various Reporting to Parent Entities, Preparation of Project reports and Ensuring compliances under various laws.

VAISHALI

Ms. Vaishali is a partner at Steadfast Jurists, holding a law degree from Rajasthan University and bringing five years of experience in the legal field. She specializes in drafting and filing civil suits, criminal complaints, consumer complaints, and other legal matters, representing clients before various courts and tribunals.

Additionally, she has extensive experience in intellectual property rights and the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts. Ms. Vaishali is dedicated to delivering high-quality legal services and tailored solutions to meet our clients' needs.

DISHANT VASHISHT

Mr. Dishant Vashisht is an associate member of the firm. He is a Law Graduate (LL.B) from Maharshi Dayanand University.

He has considerable experience in the drafting and filling of family matters, civil suits, criminal complaints, etc., before various Delhi District Courts, National Consumer Redressal Forum and State Consumer Redressal Forum.
